Hometown Love

It’s been a good  2011 so far for Love in Stockholm, having spent most of the winter playing ski areas in Vermont, where it turns out the snow is a lot prettier. We just hit up Northampton last weekend with the killer band The Alchemystics, and we’re coming right back this Friday for a show at Bishop’s Lounge.

But this week, it’s all about Boston. We’re having our 2011 Boston debut at the brand new, soon to be legendary Brighton Music Hall (formerly Harpers Ferry) with the already legendary  Rustic Overtones this Saturday, right here in Allston. We’ve also got the killin Connecticut boys Bronze Radio Return filling out the bill, so this show is not to be missed. Tickets are going fast, so make sure to click here to buy them before they sell out, and don’t forget to spread the word on the Facebook.

In other news, A King’s Ransom is now in heavy rotation on dozens of college radio stations around the US, and even Canada! Thanks to everyone who played the record on the air or requested it at their school. We’re blowing up baby.

Stay tuned for more shows in ski country, New York City, and a Mardi Gras show you don’t want to miss….
