This one is for pledgers only. Pledge, get the record when it comes out, get the demos now, and help an important charity. That’s love, the Stockholm way.
Jesse Humphrey here. I wanted to talk to you guys a little bit about something near and dear to my heart. In 2006, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. After a long battle and many surgeries and medications, I’m happy to say that my disease has been in remission for the past year. This isn’t the case for the majority of Crohn’s and Colitis sufferers who are dealing with chronic pain and flare-ups on a daily and sometimes hourly basis. This Pledge Music campaign has given us a chance to give back to the CCFA (Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America), which is tirelessly making an effort to help find a cure and raise awareness of these terrible chronic diseases. Now that we’ve reached our goal, 10% of any additional pledges will go to the CCFA. On top of the good deed, of course, we will give you exclusive content–most importantly, our music that we have poured our blood, sweat, and tears into. The more you give, the more we can help the people suffering from this disease that has affected my family and me.
So keep pledging, and spread the word. We’ve got the first of our Pledger-only updates coming soon…an early demo of one of our to-be-released tracks.
Thank you for all your support!
We’ve been hard at work on our new album, and guess what…it’s done. Almost. It’s not some mythical being with unknown origins or whereabouts. We’re this close to releasing it. We’re just massively in debt after making the best record we’ve ever made. We’ve teamed up with our friends at PledgeMusic and we’re reaching out to you, our fans, to get our album all dressed up and ready for prom. And just like a prom date, she won’t leave the house unless she’s looking her best.
If you pledged on our last album, “A King’s Ransom,” you know how this works: it’s like a pre-order on steroids. You pay $10, you get to download the EP way before it actually comes out and you get behind-the-scenes access to demos, live tracks, unreleased songs, and other useless garbage that you might enjoy. You can pay a little more and get even more cool stuff, and even get a private concert by yours truly.
Check out the site. Watch the goofy video. And stay tuned for more stuff to come…
